US SQUASH – JUNIOR TOURNAMENTS
TOTAL ENTRY FEE
- 27% – PAID TO US SQUASH
- 2.9% + $0.30 – STRIPE REGISTRATION FEE
No accreditation fees are charged to individual Championships for Scholastic Squash Program (SSP) high school leagues.
US SQUASH – OPEN/ADULT TOURNAMENTS
IF NOT USING US SQUASH TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
- $5 ADULT PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE for US Squash Members
- $15 ADULT PLAYER FEE for Non-US Squash Member
IF USING US SQUASH TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

- 2% – PAID TO US SQUASH
- 2.9% + $0.30 – STRIPE REGISTRATION FEE
TIMELINE
On a US Squash registration system, entry fees are automatically paid to tournament director minus accreditation and stripe fees at the time of payment.
TOURNAMENT DAY
2-3 Weeks After
US SQUASH WILL EMAIL AN INVOICE FOR YOUR ACCREDITATION FEES INVOLVED IN RUNNING A TOURNAMENT
3-6 Weeks After
TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THEIR INVOICE DURING THIS TIME BACK TO US SQUASH VIA CREDIT CARD OR CHECK
6 Weeks After
IF PAYMENT STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED, LATE FEES WILL BE APPLIED AS DESCRIBED IN THE LATE PAYMENT FEE UNDER “OTHER PENALTIES AND FEES.”
PENALTIES AND FEES
TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION
$150 FEE FOR TOURNAMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN 21 DAYS UNLESS THE TOURNAMENT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
LATE PAYMENT FEE
$25/WEEK PAYMENTS DUE PAST 6 WEEKS FROM THE TOURNAMENT DATE
A $25 late fee for every week is imposed on payments past 6 weeks after the tournament date.
